We gather for worship every Sunday at 10:30am at Thomas Hall School,

Visiting a church for the first time isn't always easy — especially if you've never been to one before. So here's everything you need to know before you come. And if you have any questions this page doesn't answer, do contact us — we'd be glad to help.
Where and When
We meet every Sunday at 10:30am at Thomas Hall School. There is parking on site, including accessible spaces close to the hall.
Your First Visit
Arrive a little early if you can. It gives you time to park, find a seat, and have a cup of coffee before we begin. But if you slip in at 10.29 — or 10.40 — nobody will mind.
Say hello. Our welcome team will greet you at the door, and we'd love to know your name. Equally, if you'd rather arrive quietly, sit at the back, and slip away at the end, that's completely fine. There's no pressure and nothing you'll be asked to do.
Take a service sheet. Everything for the morning — songs, Bible reading, notices — is on a sheet of paper you'll be handed on the way in, so you'll never be left wondering what's happening next.
Stay for a cuppa. We serve tea, coffee, and biscuits (sometimes cake too) after the service, and we'd love the chance to meet you properly
What to Expect
How long do you meet for? Our services last around an hour and 20 minutes. We sing, we pray, we read the Bible, and we hear it explained and applied — simply, and for everyone, whether you've been a Christian for fifty years or have never opened a Bible in your life.
What should I wear? Whatever you like! You'll find all kinds of people in all kinds of clothes — suits, jeans, hoodies. God is far more concerned with the heart than with appearances (1 Samuel 16:7), and so are we.
What about my children? Children are very welcome in the service, and there are two groups for them during part of the morning. One group is a creche for babies aged six-months to pre-school toddlers. The other is for children aged 4-10 (Reception through Year 5). All our children's workers are DBS-checked.
Is the building accessible? Yes — the school is accessible and there are disabled parking spaces close to the hall. If you let us know you're coming, we'll gladly meet you at the entrance and make sure you can get in comfortably.
